      FAQ - General

How can I get in touch?
We like talking to people, so don’t be shy. Go ahead and drop our Customer Care Cats a line at help@petphabet.com. We’ll do our best to get back to you within 24 business hours!

Does Petphabet have any retail locations?
Petphabet exists purely in the magical world of cyberspace, meaning that we do not have any retail stores at this time.

      Where are your products manufactured?
Individual products will have their country of manufacture in their descriptions. For exclusive Petphabet items, we have plants in China, Cambodia, and the states, and we’re absolutely transparent about ethical and safe production, so fear not: everything we produce meets US regulations.

      When will my items ship?
Generally, in-stock items ship from our warehouse within 24 hours. In the case of backordered items or items that ship directly from the manufacturer, the item may take up to 72 hours to ship. In that case, in-stock items will ship first and in separate packaging.

What shipping methods do you use?
We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx and offer several different shipping speeds depending on your needs, from economy ground to overnight.

      Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, Petphabet only ships within the the US and Canada at this time.

Do I have to sign for my shipment?
By default, no. If you selected the ‘require signature’ option at checkout, however, then yes, a signature is required for delivery.

Do you ship to APO, FPO, and PO addresses?

We do ship to these addresses; however, note that delivery times to these addresses generally take much longer than delivery to civilian addresses, so when possible, it’s faster to opt for a non-APO/FPO/PO address.
